description, grading, and photos of the skis were all done by our supplier who is the leader on the european market of used skis. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We recommend personal collection of skis, which allows you to accept the quality of the product before completing the transaction. The skis can be collected in North London, N3. We do not have a showroom for the skis, but we can arrange a viewing for any specific models you might be interested in. If you are not able to visit us yourself and you are not satisfied with the product after you receive it, it can be returned within 7 days. The money will be refunded after you approve an Ebay request to cancel the transaction. Please remember we do not refund any postage costs if you choose to return the skis.

The skis are
delivered by courier companies (TNT,UPS,DHL,etc.). We book the collection immediately after receiving the payment, the item is usually collected on the next day. For most UK destinations the item is delivered on the next day, sometimes the delivery may be delayed due to reasons we have no impact on. Overseas delivery takes 3-10 days. Most courier companies request the adresee’s phone number so it’s important that your address details are complete and up to date.

Delivering the skis to most UK destinations costs £13.90. For most western european countries it’s £25. Delivery to UK Highland & Islands, in many cases, costs us much as international delivery. If you would like a quote, ask us. The price covers the courier, packaging, storage company’s dispatch charge and an insurance cover of up to £50 pounds. If you want cover to up to £100 pounds, add on £2 pounds when making the payment. If you’d like cover to up to £500 pounds, add on £5 pounds when making the payment. |
